Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY When you make a booking, a $50 non-refundable deposit is necessary to confirm your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your service. You may transfer this deposit once within a 24-48 hour grace period. If you cancel without giving at least 24 hours notice, your deposit will be lost, and you'll need to pay 50% of the original service price to schedule a new appointment. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in the barring of future bookings. Please reach out to us if there are extenuating circumstances that need to be considered. NO SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY We kindly request your punctuality for your scheduled appointment. Please note, we offer a grace period of 15 minutes. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, whether you're en route or just arriving, your appointment will be considered cancelled. Please be aware that your deposit will be non-refundable in such cases, and you will be obligated to cover half the cost of the missed service to schedule a new appointment. Please understand that late arrivals might result in a reduction of your treatment time, and this will not be reflected as a discount in your final bill. As appointments are booked with specific timing in mind, an arrival that's 15 minutes late is deemed a cancellation.
